Burmor Projects Limited are a subsidiary company of the Burmor Group
The Burmor name has a 40-year strong foundation
Burmor Projects Limited was established in early 2019 after the Burmor Group recognised there was a market for a specialist design and build subsidiary. The Burmor name has a 40-year strong foundation and an excellent reputation locally delivering hundreds of successful projects totalling somewhere over £200m in their trading history. With the introduction of Luke, an ex-Burmor employee, and his experience of working further afield, it created a specialist design and build arm who could deliver projects not only locally, but in all directions from the head office near Peterborough. Burmor Projects are not limited to design and build and have solid experience in delivering all types of construction contracts including JCT, NEC and PPC2000.
Luke is a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor. His extensive time in industry has taken him through a multitude of different projects from one off housing, to volume housing to commercial projects. Luke has most recently spent a lot of time in groundworks, civils, earthworks and remediation giving him a knowledgeable edge when working with adverse ground conditions.
Patrick is the third generation of the Burmor name and has been involved in Burmor for 20 years. Patrick is the joint owner of the larger trading name, Burmor Group, a full member of the CIOB and has various degree qualifications. Patrick has a wealth of Director experience and development locally delivering many schemes from Peterborough down to South Cambridge.
Sam has been in industry all his professional career and spent most of his time working with a major subcontractor.
